ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Engineer, 51 East Market Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, until 11:00 a.m. (Local Time) on January 27, 2022 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the 2022 PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM.
Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: Base Bid: $750,000, Alternate Bid: $150,000
The scope of work consists of asphalt street re-paving, milling, pavement striping and ADA sidewalk ramp installation. The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the City Engineer’s Office. Both paper and electronic versions of the bidding documents will be available. Electronic bidding documents will be provided to the plan holder at no charge. All paper sets of bidding documents will be required to be picked up from the City Engineer’s Office and a $100.00 fee will be charged for each set of paper bidding documents. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the City Engineer’s Office and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 2022 PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM.
