Zoning Board of Appeals to hear lot split request

The Tiffin Zoning Board of Appeals is to meet at 3 p.m. April 23 at City Hall, 51 E. Market St., as the time and place for a public hearing.

Angie Bonnell has requested a variance for a proposed future lot split that will reduce a required setback from 5′ to O’ for an existing accessory building located at 233 South Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio.

A notification was to be sent to all property owners within a 200′ radius of the subject property.
