Zoning board plans hearings

The Zoning Board of Appeals have set public hearings for 3 p.m. Nov. 19 at City Hall, 51 E. Market St. for two matters.

Eduardo Hernando, representing Tiffin Riverfront Development LLC, has requested two variances.

  • The first, to increase the maximum building height from 6 stories/75 feet to 9 stories/103 feet, to reduce the required front, rear, and side yard setbacks from 68 feet to O feet, and to increase the maximum number of allowable units from 63 to 111, for a proposed building to be located at 15 East Market Street, Tiffin, Ohio.
  • The second is to increase the maximum building height for a proposed building from 6 stories/75 feet to 9 stories/103 feet, to reduce the required front and side yard setbacks for a proposed building from 68 feet to O feet, to increase the maximum number of allowable units for a proposed building from 12 to 63, to reduce the required front yard setback for a proposed building from 40 feet to 15 feet, to reduce the required side yard setback for a proposed building from 40 feet to 7.5 feet, and to reduce the required setback for a yard abutting a street for a proposed building from 40 feet to 25 feet. The proposed buildings will be located at 10 East Market Street and 100 South Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio.

This notification was to be sent to all Property Owners within a 200′ radius of the Subject Property.
