The annual Tiffin Developmental Center Halloween Parade is at 2 p.m. on Oct. 23 on the Tiffin Developmental Center campus, 600 North River Road, Tiffin.
The parade route will begin at the Chapel parking lot of Tiffin Developmental Center traveling west through the grounds to the Huss Street entrance, turning left onto Ohio Avenue then right onto Industrial Avenue, right onto Riverside Drive, right onto Huss Street, then left onto River Road North and ending at the ball diamond.
