The City of Tiffin Engineering Department only oversees permitting as it pertains to zoning within the City of Tiffin. All commercial and industrial building permits are contracted with SAFEbuilt and will need to be obtained from the Seneca County Building Department. Additionally, plumbing permits are to be obtained from the Erie County Health Department.
