The City of Tiffin Zoning Board of Appeals is to meet at 3 p.m. July 30, 2024, at City Hall, 51 East Market Street for multiple public hearings:
• Whereas, Brian Evans, representing 7 Brew Coffee, has requested a variance to reduce the parking requirements by an additional 75 spaces, as the result of a proposed lot split, located at 870 West Market Street, Tiffin, OH 44883;
• Whereas, Mike Steyer, representing MP Homes LLC, has requested a variance to reduce a minimum lot width from 100’ to 52.11’, as the result of a proposed lot split, located at 180 Gibson Court, Tiffin, OH 44883;
• Whereas, Larry Cole has requested a variance to reduce a westerly side yard setback from 5’ to 1’, and to reduce an easterly side yard setback from 7’ to 1’, to construct two separate residential dwelling additions, located at 141 Second Avenue, Tiffin, OH 44883;
• And any other business that may come before the board.
Notifications were sent to property owners within a 200’ radius of the subject properties.
