Residents may pick up compost daily at Water Pollution Control Center
TIFFIN, Ohio – Sept. 03, 2024 – The City of Tiffin will begin its annual giveaway of compost for city residents starting Tuesday, Oct. 1 at the Water Pollution Control Center, 961 North Water St. Hours at the WPCC are 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
When available, city employees will load pickup trucks and small trailers for the first week, then open up to larger vehicles after that. Mulch and wood chips also are onsite to be given away on a first come, first serve basis.
