Please note that Phase 1A of the East Perry Street Reconstruction Project is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 6. Phase 1A for this project is scoped to reconstruct the southerly half of the intersection of Jefferson Street and East Perry Street. As a result of this work, Jefferson Street will be closed to through traffic between East Market Street and East Perry Street. This closure is expected to last approximately 2 weeks. During this closure, Court Street traffic will be required to utilize the alley between the Library and the East Green and the alley between the Library and the adjoining parking lot to access East Perry Street.
