The City of Tiffin intends to sell unneeded, obsolete, or unfit municipal personal property by internet auction during the 2025 calendar year.
Per Resolution No. 2025-1, City Council has authorized the use of GovDeals, Inc. at govdeals.com and Municibid.com, LLC at municibid.com, to conduct internet auctions for the sale of City personal property.
Bidding will be open for not less than fifteen (15) days, including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. The terms of payment are by cash, payment in full on or before the date of delivery to the successful bidder, and the successful bidder will be solely responsible for all acts and expenses associated with the delivery of such items so purchased.
