The purpose of the Public Works Improvements Design Manual is to set standards that are intended for the quality and uniformity of public and private infrastructure improvements which compliment all City, County, State, and Federal Standards. These provisions are reviewed every two years by the City Engineer to maintain current standard practices, utilize new methods and materials, and to ensure accordance with Ordinances of the City of Tiffin and regulations of the City of Tiffin Planning Commission and City Engineer's Office.
